How to reach us
We generally conduct our free initial consultation via email and telephone. You will receive our telephone number from us as soon as we have registered you as a client – this is unfortunately necessary because we are frequently threatened.
Send us an email or enter your details here and we will get back to you within 24 hours at the latest.
Politically persecuted person from Turkey
BAMF rejected the application because there was "no individual persecution". Before the Administrative Court, we presented extensive evidence (social media posts, threats of imprisonment, witness statements) → asylum was granted.
Seriously ill Iraqi man requiring dialysis
Deportation was threatened despite medical documentation. Urgent proceedings + main proceedings → national deportation ban due to life-threatening healthcare situation in the country of origin.
Young Syrian
Reversal of a negative BAMF decision due to alleged "unreliable statements" – through targeted preparation of the oral hearing and psychological assessment → positive ruling before the Administrative Court.
